Went for a run. Getting chilly out here. harder to warm up them joints. and the many stop lights aren't helping my endurance any. David, you started yet?

Suuuure did! ... uhh, i sprinted across the field back and forth so I would get the dogs tired. And man, I felt good afterwards! .. =p
